Challenges of the Week
To not eat red meat for the week - I feel like because I've been working so much and haven't had time to meal prep, I tend to eat a lot more of whatever I want. This has also led to my increased consumption of red meat (pork and steak). Just trying to cut back a little and eat more of my chicken :)
Fit in a 20-25 PumpUpApp Workout every day before work - working 5 to 6 days again this week, so I am starting to really doubt that I will go back to the gym to hit the heavy weights. But I don't want to give up what I've got so far, so I'm going to try and get up a little bit earlier during the day to fit in a quick but effective workout :)
