Happy Valentines Day!
Just because you plan on spending some time with your
significant other, or buying some chocolate and ice cream
and watch RomComs by yourself, doesn't mean you can't
or shouldn't go to the gym today!
My previous workouts haven't put a whole ton of emphasis
on shoulder exercises, so I wanted to switch things up a bit
for today's workout. More emphasis on shoulders, a bit less
on the chest.
