Workout of the Day: Abs & Cardio (02/16)

Just in case you guys were wondering why there's a lot more Abs 
and cardio workouts floating around this month ;) 

I've always wanted to have a flat mid section since my teen years, 
but I never found the right, healthy way to do it. Even today, 
it's still a struggle and work in progress! 


This workout is a glimpse at the many other different workouts
